Hi. My name is Amy!
I basically grew up in a hair salon. I was raised by a powerful single mom who opened her own salon in the 1970’s. I have always thrived on the energy and excitement that exists in a hair salon. I guess you could say that it’s in the blood.
As a Pacific Northwest native, I received my license in Cosmetology, specializing in color, in 1998 from Clover Park Technology College in Tacoma, Washington.
Although I am a newer member of The Basement Salon, I have been working in Edmonds for over 17 years. I am incredibly honored and excited to join this team!
Whether concocting “the perfect blonde” for my clients, covering up that grey, or finding the exact haircut that you’ve been searching for, I strive to create my client’s visions and orchestrate a look that’s best for them.
